Sprinkler Repair
July 10
I have been going to your house weekly and trying to keep your plants alive. It has been over 110° for a couple of weeks and the small plants you planted up front are struggling. Part of the problem is someone or some critter keeps moving the drip lines. I had them staked down and the stakes were all pulled out. See photo. I have put them back, but it may be too late for a couple of them.
Someone had trimmed the bougainvilleas and also moved the drip off them.
I found 2 leaks in the irrigation near the road. I’ll dig them up next week and repair them.
Your Wifi needs to be rebooted, not sure if you can do it from there. I was having issues trying to connect to it and make changes to the drip system.
Otherwise, everything else is doing well. The pool looked good. I did empty the skimmer baskets.

I repaired 2 breaks in the front bed near the street. I also fixed the cut sprinkler line near the driveway bush. I replaced the broken riser from someone cutting the lawn and breaking it. I also cleaned skimmer baskets and adjusted the flow of the vacuum and skimmer suction since it was almost off.
Leak by the front sidewalk on road
July 24
I fixed another leak by the road. The pipe split 3 inches from the previous repair. In the fall, the line from the valve to the street should be replaced with PVC, Same goes for the line from the backyard valve to the grapevine.
The irrigation line to this bush was barely working, there was too much debris in the lines past the break, I flushed them as much as I could, Unfortunately, the drip line is being pressed on by that sunken section of curbing so, again needs to be replaced with PVC and moved away from the curb.
This tree has a broken branch quite a ways up. I’m not sure if your landscaper will cut it down.
And finally, not to be all doom and gloom, but they are putting in a new subdivision across Greenfield from your road (Southeast Corner)
